What's wrong in the scene? The first thing I see is that the operators are not sitting on a stool reading an auto-trader magazine. Seriously though, you probably wanted us to point out that the light in each console appears to be different. Another concern is that the operators are wearing read and yellow shirts.
I think they put away the beer and magazines when they saw the camera ;-)
Yup, in a multi-press shop it's often a quick quality indicator to simply look at all the presses in line and see if the lighting color is the same or not. If the lights look different - you may have problems.
Gee, didn't I read somewhere that reflection off of brightly colored shirts can affect color perception? Those orange shirts look pretty brightly colored.

I have read that Observer Metamerism has a range of about DeltaE = 2.
